| Summary | This thesis identifies main aspects of protection of minority shareholders during takeovers from EU perspective and under Czech legislation. In particular, the thesis not only identifies level of protection attained in each target legal environment during takeovers and their completion but also tries to answer practical questions raised when considering reasonability of certain protective measures safeguarding the rights of minority shareholders. |
