| Summary | The thesis analizes the theories under which the arbitration agreement can be extended to third parties. All theories are divided into two groups: contract-based and doctrine-based ones. Extension of the arbitration agreement under agency principles, guaranty agreement and subcharter contracts are examined within contract-based group. Alter ego doctrine, group of companies doctrine and third-party beneficiary doctrine are examined within doctrine-based group. |
