Summary The thesis analyzes ideological basis of Ante Pavelic, the Leader of the Croatian Ustashi movement and later established Independent State of Croatia. The analysis is based on two methods: first on the examination within two most influential contemporary fascist models, as advance by Roger Griffin and Stanley G. Payne, and second on in-depth analysis of Pavelic's writings and speeches.
