| Summary | This Thesis seeks to highlight a comparative analysis of the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal on sport of the Republic of Cameroon and the Jurisdiction of the Geneva arbitral tribunal on sport. It dwells on the scopes and competences of these tribunals.
