| Summary | The thesis focuses on concept of single-member companies in three jurisdictions, Serbia, Germany and the United Kingdom. The aim of the research is to compare how these countries have harmonized their national company law with the Twelfth Company Law Directive in order to find out what reform proposals are necessary (if any) for Serbia to be closer to the other two analyzed EU member states with respect to one-man corporations. |
