Summary The thesis is analyzing two case studies (one before the Cold war and the other after) two examine how the warrior refugee phenomenon has evolved but has not changed in the current context.Hence, the argument lies that 'the warrior refugee remains a threat to the humaniratian imperative; in two dimentions; the humanitarian imperative can help fuel a 'warrior refugee activity as well as deter it.
