| Summary | The thesis studies authoritarian regime behavior in three Central Asian States. The objective is to find the link between two variables: internal threats to the regime and its foreign policy outputs, specifically in choosing a strong ally. I expect such relationship between the two as I find the foreign policy to be considered as a tool by ruling elites for achieving domestic goals, specifically regime survival. |
