| Summary | The first two chapters of the thesis provide a general overview on the notion of confidentiality, and examine the current state of the legislation in different legal systems. The third chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the award with special emphasis on publication. The last chapter discusses the concept of arbitral precedent and the possibility of the emergence of a settled arbitral case law. |
