| Summary | This thesis is situated in the constitution-making theory. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the constitution-making process in Serbia. Firstly, I analyze the possible reasons of the lack of the constitution-making process in Serbia, after the fall of Milosevic regime in 2000. Secondly, I research the hasty constitution making of the belated constitution in the fall of 2006. |
