| Title | ENFORCEMENT OF THE EUROPEAN UNION LAW IN THE MEMBER STATES |
| Summary | The efficient enforcement of decisions is indispensable element of any system. Accordingly it is necessary to provide an implementation of decisions and by doing this to guarantee an affective and stable existence of a system. This paper is devoted to the enforcement procedure of the European Union, in particular we will analyze the elements of the enforcement procedure such as the stages, the subjects, and their competence within the procedure. Besides, we will outline some last improvements which were taken and describe some issues which take place. Also the short comparison of the infringement procedure of the USA and of the EU will be depicted. |
