| Summary | In the last decade, Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) have been rising and became important players in the world financial markets. However, SWFs governance is a quite under-researched area and the research works on the topic are mostly descriptive. This thesis makes a general survey of SWF governance, reviews the existing governance principles and suggests some effective strategies and practices which help to design or redesign a SWF and avoid corruption and misappropriation. |
