| Summary | This paper is concerned with the payment and performance security issues of lenders in mining project finance. Analysis of subtopics (participants, risks) relevant to project finance is given, with a subsequent elaboration on stages of mining process. At the essence, the thesis explores security devices that lenders can use in mining project finance, with examination of their advantages and disadvantages and their reliability in consideration of different legal issues. |
