Summary The thesis provides an analysis on how the equality is reflected in the Hungarian public education system from the collapse of socialist regime till today. In the focus, the study will assess the National Roma Inclusion Strategy and the New Public Education Act to see the inequality challenges in Hungarian public education regarding the inclusion of Roma children.
