| Summary | This thesis examines the role of management in German, United States and Ukrainian public companies at the present stage of their development. It analyzes the legal regime that the states provide for company management and the position that managers factually occupy in a company. It also identifies whether and to what extent the factual standing of company management differs from the legislative intent. Finally, it contrasts the differences in approaches to company management that exist in the three selected states. |
