| Summary | The thesis project will assist the first efforts to define the frames and strategies used by Italy’s populist radical right Lega Nord party. The thesis combines two approaches of populism in radical right, first as an ideology, and second as a political communication. It describes how the party’s anti-immigration agenda addresses the issues of Islam and analyses the dimensions of anti-Muslim immigration framing. |
