| Summary | This thesis brings about a comparative research undertaken between the Rwandan Insolvency Law and the more advanced of theoretical model of the US bankruptcy system. This research examines underlying structure of the US bankruptcy trustee’s powers and finds out asymmetric concepts, and what overhaul that they present to Rwandan Insolvency Law, a regulatory text designed to contribute transforming the country into a middle income economy. |
