| Summary | The development of the arbitral practice resulted in a number of doctrines allowing extending the arbitration clause to non-signatory.One of these doctrines is the „group of companies‟ doctrine, which is harshly criticized for inconsistency. This thesis is aimed at further explaining possible problem arising out of the said doctrine together with the proposing best ways for its application. |
