| Summary | Climate change is one of the gravest “diseases” of the modern era. Anhropogenic contribution with the tremendous expansion in industrialization needs to be kept controlled to fight for a livable future. Aviation industry, an important economic actor is also a contributor to global warming. The thesis introduces the phenomenon of climate change, showing the role of aviation in it. It reveals why it would be important for economic policy to address the problem and what approach should it follow to implement effective goal-orientated sectorial solutions that promote sustainable economic growth. |
