| Summary | This thesis concludes that there is need to develop effective legal, policy and practice framework at county, sub-county and ward levels in order to effectively address socio-economic marginalization. Findings of this research give insights concerning the need forConstitutional redefinition of marginalization to include intra-ethnic and intraregional marginalization. Since this study was limited to the case of Turkana County, it is recommended that future research should study other counties and should include other forms of marginalization. |
