| Summary | This thesis will concentrate on analyzing the general trends employed by the different dispute resolution bodies, namely courts and arbitral tribunals, in application of the CISG in order to determine whether the uniform application has been achieved. Moreover, it will evaluate whether criteria elaborated by the courts and the tribunals can be used by the judiciary in different jurisdictions. |
