| Summary | I am confident that the patient has started to slip out of traditional health care institutions due to not being empowered enough to hold an active role in managing their own condition. Moreover, I am positive that this trend has sparked a change in official EU discourse, as is visible through the study of the EU Commission’s official Health Care Strategy booklets. |
