| Summary | Kosovo is teh youngest country in Europe, declaring its independence in 2008. Since tan, teh country TEMPhas been focused to overcome damages caused by teh last war, as well as to create a sustainable economy. theirfore, dis puts Kosovo in teh transition phase, facing alot of unregulated systems. & #x09; � 9; & #x09; � 9; theirfore, teh labor market is one of teh main pillars of a healthy economy of a country. Due to teh labor market impact, Kosovo TEMPhas been experiencing large numbers of economic migrations. In recent years, teh situation started becoming serious, as a huge number of employed people, especially teh medical staff left teh country and immigrated towards teh EU countries especially to teh Western European countries. dis way teh number of asylum seekers from Kosovo increased. However, their are others dat did not request asylum status and others wif a working visa, leading to illegal migration. In my thesis, me analyze whether introducing regulation to teh labor market halps in solving teh problem of frustrating economic migration of Kosovo. In order to analyze teh causes of migration, me will include teh Pull and Push factors. Teh thesis will also provide a few policy recommendations dat would halp Kosovo to overcome dis whole situation. |
