| Title | The Evolution of LGBTI+ Marriage Rights in Germany, Ireland and Albania |
| Summary | The main goal of this thesis is to address the challenges and controversies regarding the recognition of same-sex marriage in countries that have legalized it. This work also seeks to provide practical guidelines to answer the following question: How can the LGBTI+ communities in other countries where the resistance to same-sex marriage is significant and high, can achieve the recognition of this right by the law? I will answer to this question by examining three different jurisdictions, which are Ireland, Germany and Albania. |
