| Summary | Scrunch is a start-up in the formation stage, with the mission of transforming the dental care industry by developing a scalable, digital solutions to patients. Having joined to Scrunch, my objective was to support them to achieve their mission through clarifying the answers to the above listed questions and technology consultation by finding the suitable solutions. My personal goal was to put the theories into practice which were taught in the following classes: Technology based entrepreneurship, Innovation imperatives, Scrum in agile project management, Best practices in IT service management and e-Leadership. |
