Summary | sMarket is a grocery shopping and healthy eating mobile application that optimizes and enhances the full grocery shopping experience, through providing thorough information about groceries, offering grocery items comparison, and delivering the grocery shopping list to the user doorstep from multiple supermarkets/shops within one order. The product is still in its early stage (ideation – validation), the proposed project is about assisting sMarket in product validation and market research, which will give the product a better view on its best chances that can be acquired in the market, and then based on the findings, the beachhead market will be assigned, in addition to the design of the best approach to address the first users, including sales strategy, and the draft of marketing and brand essentials. The consultant will help clarifying the relevant product market-fit, and help the company in identifying the best approach in positioning the product, and finding a convenient method in communicating the product value with the desired audience. |
