| Summary | This is a public capstone project summary. The project seeks to forecast the transaction volume of the Hungarian real estate market. Due to issues with the quality of official data sources, the project requires the development of a novel data source which can be used to model transaction volume. The client wants the model to exist in an easy-to-use software tool, so that any member of the client's organization can access the forecast. |
