| Title | Fundraising Strategy |
| Summary | This project aims to develop a fundraising strategy for a Companyis new legal entity to be established in the United States (US) which will be venturing into EdTech and SpaceTech startup industry. It also seeks to identify the best funding source for the new entity in the US using established ranking metrics. The project considers all the fundraising options available and narrows down the best option for pre-seed and seed funding phases. Based on the findings PhaseGrowth will start fundraising with Crowdfunding as it will provide non-monetary benefits in addition to the capital raised which will be critical to the company for the next funding rounds. Other fundraising options to consider are ‘Angel’ investors, incubators and accelerators. Co-funding between Angel Investors and Equity crowdfunding is also an option in the later rounds. The projects also map the fundraising team, fundraising Indicators to track and strategies to undertake to achieve the fundraising goals. The study also considers the potential risks and measures to mitigate them. Lastly, SWOT analysis has been included in the project and all the possible fundraising scenarios considered and the best option suggested. |
