| Summary | This thesis gives an account of the nature of mistaken action. I analyze the nature of mistakes through their relation to intentional action on the one hand and rule-following on the other. I focus on the question of how to account for incorrect and correct applications of a rule and how this in turn gives us an explanation of mistakes. |
