| Title | Gender Inequality in the Labor Market in Kyrgyzstan: Empirical Study of the Gender Wage Gap 2013 - 2019 |
| Summary | This study examines the dynamics of the gender wage gap in Kyrgyzstan in the period from 2013 to 2019 using cross-sectional data for three years obtained from the Life in Kyrgyzstan Survey. The empirical model used in the paper is based on the Mincer earnings function with additional explanatory variables. The results of the Ordinary Least Squares regressions show a decrease in the gender wage gap within the examined timeframe. |
