| Title | Enhancing the Recommendation Engine of a Hungarian Bookstore |
| Summary | This public Capstone project summary presents the enhancement of a Hungarian SME-sized bookstore's book recommendation algorithm. The primary goal was to improve the current recommendation engine, using various recommendation techniques to increase customer engagement with more relevant book suggestions. The methodology included data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, implementation, testing, comparing different techniques and documentation. The recommendation engine incorporated methods such as Jaccard Similarity, Nearest Neighbors, pairwise comparisons, vector databases and text analysis. |
