| Summary | What makes character change possible? For instance, what makes someone become more agitated as she gets older? In this thesis, I propose two approaches to this issue. The top-down approach suggests that it is the agent's deliberative reflections that makes character change possible. The bottom-up approach suggests that it is changes in the agent's salience patterns that makes character change possible. |
