| Summary | The thesis addresses the question of the impact of the national legislation on the flow of foreign direct investments through a comparative analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and Singapore. The thesis argues that the national legislation of Singapore has a significant positive effect on the flow of foreign direct investments into the country. It therefore makes suggestions about the possible application of the positive experience of Singapore in using the legal mechanisms in attracting foreign direct investments into Ukraine. |
