| Summary | This aim of this thesis is to find what factors can explain the variation in the level of ethnic minority representation in local government offices, among the different municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia. To answer the research question, I conduct exploratory mixed method analysis using both secondary sources and fieldwork data. |
